Hi @seank123 My apologies for the slow response. We haven’t experienced any issues with the blocks on a multi-site installation. I’ve tested it with a network wide activation successfully.
Would you be able to provide any more detail about your environment?
Thanks – it’s working perfetly on other sites – tried it on another multisite and that works.
Still no sign of it on this one though.
I have spoken to the client and I think it might be because they had another block plugin installed (Advanced Gutenberg Blocks) that has a WooCommerce Product block as well – they deleted this before they installed this plugin so could that have affected it?
Heya @seank123 it’s possible it’s a plugin conflict. I’d look at other plugins too, not just blocks.
It’s a bit tedious to troubleshoot, but if you can deactivate the other plugins on the site one by one and check to see if it starts working each time you deactivate a plugin, you’ll either find the culprit, or rule that out as the problem.
