Hello, if you are using caching tools (plugins, CDN…), can you try to clear your cache?

Thank you for your quick response.
We are using WP Rocket . Cleared all caches , Changed theme to “Twenty Seventeen “, and deactivated all plugins only active Booking Activities and WooCommerce plugin. But problems are still there.
What can we do now?

You have deactivated all your plugins except Booking Activities and WooCommerce, and you have activated Twenty Seventeen instead of your theme.
You don’t have another caching system active (at your webhost, a CDN, etc.).
And you have refreshed your browser cache too (CTRL+F5 usually).
If the problem still occurs in that configuration, you can try to reinstall Booking Activities : download Booking Activities here, unzip it, remove the old folder in wp-content/plugins via FTP, and upload the new one instead.
I have installed Query Monitor and I don’t reproduce the issue on my side, so the problem probably comes from the environment.
