MetaSlider Problems

Hello. I just got an email from a user saying that our Metasliders aren’t letting them click the arrow to continue with the content in the slide. So I went in to see, and only the first metaslider on each page allows for the click through option, but the second metaslider and thereforth won’t allow you to click the arrows? It just seems frozen. Why is only one metaslider per page working? Is that normal or a glitch, because I was not having this problem before?
