Mail sent as a spam mail

    Hello Team,

    I’ve set up WP Mail SMTP plugin to send mail using my webmail.
    After setting up all options when I’m run test mail then it’ll be sent as spam mail.

    Please assist me.

    Hi @harshitmshingala,

    When you get the chance, could you check if there are any error messages displayed when you send a Email Test from WP Mail SMTP?

    If so, please click on the text “Click here to view the full Error Log for debugging” and share the full error log with us here (here’s a screenshot of an example)

    i’ve checked that log file as well but there i’m not get any details

    also plugin need pro version to access email log.

    perfect guide me for that to get email log using lite version.

    Hi @harshitmshingala,

    Sorry for the confusion!

    To send a test email within WP Mail SMTP please click on the Email Test tab.

    Then add your email address to the Send To field.

    If there are errors logged, it will be displayed at the bottom of the same page, and you can click on the “Click here to view the full Error Log for debugging” text (please see screenshot here). This will open up the full error message, which you can copy and share with us here.
