After days of fighting to get this payed plugin to work with some shipping methods, we quit. I tried Booster for WooCommerce and got the shipping methods finally working within 2 minutes.

If you have a issue with paid plugin you need to contact the support directly.
If you are having issue with a free plugin then you need to create a thread here
Also This plugin (WooCommerce Role Based Price) Dose not have anything to do with a shipping methods.
Could you explain whats really going on ?
