Fantastic plugin and equally great support

I’ve been using the formidable plugin [paid option] for about 5 months now and it’s enabled me to add so many options to my website. As somebody who does a lot of web design I always judge a plugin by the quality of the support provided, otherwise what do you do when you run into issues? Formidable support has been brilliant on every occasion I’ve needed them. Quick replies, often within a couple of hours or at the latest 24 hours. Polite, helpful and as much detail as you need in the reply.
