Hello, great plugin, thank you very much.

I encountered one problem that I could not solve. I created a form. Then I wanted to edit the STYLE of the SEND button but an error always popped up. I could not find a way to fix it, so I had to create the whole form again. I do not know if there is any other way to add the SEND button again or fix it somehow. Thank you for the answer.

    Sorry for the bad English.

    Hello there @spamiky ,

Thank you for your kind words about MailPoet; we’re glad you’re enjoying the plugin!

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you encountered while trying to edit the style of the send button. To help us better understand what’s happening, could you please send us a screenshot of the error message you see when trying to make changes?

In the meantime, here’s a suggestion that might help: You should be able to change the style of your form by selecting the Styles section and toggling off the “Inherit style from theme” option. You can see how to do this in the following GIF: https://d.pr/i/vHM2rZ.

Please let us know if this helps or if you’re still facing issues. We’re here to assist you!

Thank you very much for your answer, but after clicking on the edit button Subscribe! the option to set STYLES does not appear – an error occurred and nothing else could be done. The printscreen is attached.

    Hello again @spamiky ,

Can you confirm if this is happening for new forms you create or for your existing form?

It appears that form is corrupted. Can you kindly recreate it again and see if you’re able to style the button?

If the issue persists I’ll recommend you run a conflict test and create/test out editing the button then. You can learn how to run a conflict test by clicking here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Let us know how it goes.
