Cannot download client’s pdf

    Hello,

    As the last time any message on this support page received a response from the developers was 9 months ago, I hope that my post will somehow reach you because I also have some questions concerning the plugin:

    – I’ve placed some test orders; but when I go to the WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Orders to download the design that was made using uDraw, I cannot download the pdf. It keeps loading and nothing seems to happen. Have you encountered this problem before?

    – When I go to the Setting page of the uDraw plugin, there’s a tab at the end that is called “Activation”. When I click on it, I’m directed to a web page that allows to buy the product. What is then the difference between the the free version of the plugin, and purchased version?

    Hello,

    I’m having the same problem, the design doesn’t show on the pdf. Did you manage to solve the problem? Or do you have to activate the plugin before you can download the pdf’s of customers?
