Hello,
bellow I am sending the information our IT specialist send regarding this topic:
Hello,
I did a further check and the cause of the behavior is related to the plugins ‘Hotel Booking & Elementor Integration’, ‘Hotel Booking Styles & Templates’.
I see that these extensions were last updated by their developer more than 6 months ago.
For my part, I can assist you with restoring an older version of the plugins, but I do not recommend it, as this may negatively affect the security and performance of the site.
I recommend that you contact the developer of the extensions and ask them to provide a more up-to-date version for both plugins. This will allow their continued use with the latest version and improvements in WordPress.
Hello there!
Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Hotel Booking plugin.
However, our Hotel Booking & Elementor Integration and Hotel Booking Styles & Templates add-ons cannot be the cause of the issue you are currently experiencing. And it doesn’t matter when they were updated.
Most likely, there’s some Hotel Booking plugin misconfiguration, and that’s why the calendars display incorrect periods. In this case, you may submit a support ticket so we can check everything out and help you resolve it. Or, make sure you have at least one valid season under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Seasons, make sure all your seasons are added to all your rates that you have for each accommodation type, and make sure all your accommodation/property types have at least one accommodation/unit each. Then everything should work properly.
As for your “Book Now” page, it doesn’t use our Hotel Booking plugin’s form. It’s a third-party form we’re not familiar with.
Hello there!
We hope you’re doing well.
We haven’t heard from you in a while, so we will mark this topic as resolved. Please feel free to submit a new one if you have any other questions.
