“Ad to cart’ only work on single product page

From my listing of products (www.xxx.nl/shop/) I can only add products to the cart that have no Quantity rules. If I go to the cart I found the message:
“You may only add a XXproductnameXX in multiples of 10 to your cart. But the product itself is not in it!
So if a rule is set. I can only add to chart from my single product page.
If the quantity rule is set on 10 pieces. You push ‘add to chart button’ then 10 pieces must be add to the chart. Is this posibble or is there a other way? A workaround? I hope you can solve this.

@alineferreira No support here i think. But my problem was a conflict with my theme. So i changed Theme, problem solved.
