Billing Details entered on the Attendee Details page is not being fetched/populated on final Checkout page.

This is really annoying for website users to enter billing details two times. What is the point of entering billing details on the Attendee details page?? I mean why? There is a dedicated billing section on the checkout page already by woocommerce, why. it can’t be so simple: Get tickets > added to cart > Checkout.

Honestly, our sales decreased, we have more than 6000 hits per day on our site, good sales, and our users are complaining again and again about this repeatative entering basic details. They are asking us why should they enter same thing twice. Tell me what should I say to them?

Either auto populate this or remove billing details on the Attendee details page.

How can I add a flat per ticket service fee that the buyer pays? The standard woocommerce plugins don’t seem to work as an event ticket seems to be a custom product type that they do not recognize.

I am trying to embed a shortcode with a selected category but when I select a day that an event is scheduled, it says:

“No event found on the selected date. Please select another date or month.”

However there is definitely an event scheduled on the selected date(s).

Hi,

When I try to add a new event, when I hit save, I get the following error message:

“Couldn’t Update Event!

Reason: <p>There has been a critical error on this website.</p><p><a href=”https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/faq-troubleshooting/”>Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.</a></p>”

When I try to publish an event, I get the following error message:

“Couldn’t change event status!

Reason: undefined”

This is super frustrating. 5% of the time, it works. The rest of the time I get the error messages above. I have spent way too much time troubleshooting. I also submitted a support ticket from your website. Please advise.

About 4 months ago I brought to your attention that Loco Translate changes are not showing within certain parts of the plugin. Namely, pages on the Dashboard do not show translation changes.

I was told that this matter was being addressed and that it would be solved. Unfortunately it has not.

Changes I make to Dashboard text using Loco Translate are still not being changed.

Can this issue PLEASE be solved quickly. There are a number of changes that I need to make and simply cant.

Hi

I am using the plugin in a multi-vendor environment. Whilst testing the plugin, I have noticed that when a ticket is booked, no Eventin emails are being sent out.

The Vendor does not get an email, nor does the buyer, nor does the attendee.

I have set the email settings in the admin to send these emails, but none are getting sent. I use an SMTP plugin and all other emails get sent fine.

In addition to this, if the ticket has a 0 value, the buyer can download the ticket immediately, but they have no way of returning to the web site and viewing their tickets. There may be a link in the email, that is not being sent. But what happens if they lose the email and cant use that link? I would have thought they could log in to the site to see ALL the tickets they have booked.

If the ticket has a value and WooCommerce handles the order, then they can log in and access tickets from the My Account page but not if the ticket has a 0 value.

Please can you help?!

Hi support!

I have discovered an issue on the frontend dashboard that needs to be rectified.

When a Vendor views the Bookings for a particular event, they are taken to the ‘/#/purchase-report/’ page where they can see the bookings for that particular event…fine, no problem there!

However, on that page, the Vendor can select from a drop-down the event that they want to see the bookings for. If the Vendor deletes the event from that drop-down, what they see are ALL the bookings on the entire system from theirs and every other vendor’s events.

This cannot be the case as they are now able to access (and refund or delete!) every attendee in the system.

This is a serious breach of data rules and needs to be rectified immediately.

Hi

I have an issue that is confusing me. When accessing the frontend dashboard as an Administrator, I am able to see the event with a 3 dot drop down menu to select the follwoing:

Preview
Bookings
Attendee List
Delete

However, when a Vendor logs in to see their events, that vendor only gets the following options available to them:

Preview
Delete

So how are the Vendors supposed to see their Attendees or Bookings?

Maybe this has something to do with Roles and Capabilities, but I am not too sure and don’t have time to dig deeper. Can you shed some light on this please.

Hi

When using Eventin as a multivendor application, the Speaker Groups section is confusing and not working correctly for a multivendor set up.

By this I mean that every vendor can see every speaker group. So if one vendor creates a speaker group and puts speakers into that group, that same group can be seen by every other vendor and they can add that group to their event and in turn add speakers that have been created by other vendors.

No vendor wants to see other vendors speakers/organisers.

Can this be looked and with urgency please.

Hi

In my system, I do not want my frontend users (those that can post events) t be able to create, edit or delete the Categories that I have created in the system.

Imagine a site with 5000 users that can all add events and they all create a new category. 5000+ categories is the result!

Can I suggest that you consider implementing a method where the ability for frontend users to be able add, edit or delete both categories and tags can be switch on or off (preferably a separate switch for both categories and for tags).

Hello,

I’m looking at your plugin to see if it would be suitable for our situation. But there’s already one thing that bothers me a lot. We want to sell tickets for children’s activities and we need to collect some information such as the child’s name and age. But your plugin automatically asks for the email address, which isn’t necessary for 8-year-olds. Parents register their children, so their email address is required, but each child doesn’t have to enter an email address, and I haven’t seen anywhere where you can remove this? I’m willing to pay for the pro version but without this option it won’t be possible.

After updating to 4.x.x, new checkout steps introduced, where billing info is added to the attendee info page. This is fraustrating. Because, user is entering Billing info on the attendee info collect page, and mobile number is not captured over there, on the checkoput page if billing info is turned off from the backend, then no other info like create password etc. If turn on billing info on checkout from eventin settings, then previously entered data is not auto populated here, then user is getting irritated, because three times user needs to enter the details.

Also, most people purchase event ticket for themselves, so Billing name email phone should be same as attendee, why extra step to enter details twice/thrice?

One more issue, if billing info is turned off on checkout page from eventin settings, then billing section is turned off for all other products, not only event products.

Another issue is, order number on Eventin > Bookings list is not same as Woo > Orders. check this and fix. I am interested to purchase pro lifetime.

I have an issues with the plugin, I am making use of Astra theme and Elementor as well as their pro version.

When a vendor clicks on the “Event” tab in the front-end dashboard and selects “Add New Event,” the page loads to a blank screen with no content displayed. This issue also occurs when vendors attempt to edit an event, resulting in a similar blank view. The problem affects both vendor and admin users, preventing event creation and editing.
