Hi, I have set up my clients website will a Sub-Category (Rings) and then multiple Products (Wood Rings, Couples Rings etc) place within the Sub-Category. I would like the size guide to show on all products so set the ‘Assign-Category’ to the Sub-Category ‘Rings’ hoping that would populate all categories within. But alas, it didn’t work.

Is there a way to add the size chart to all products without ‘Assigning’ each category seperataly. I’m hoping to hand the site off to the client and don’t want the extra step when they add a new product.

I’ve been using your plugin for 2 years for a ecomerce website

I need to have 2 size charts viewing on each product for client site (there is already one there for Australian sizing .. now I need to show a 2nd one that sits BESIDE the first one for INTERNATIONAL SIZING).

I can’t see HOW it will show 2 in one line on the Single product page?

I haven’t needed to edit the size charts for ages. But can’t remember HOW I added them into the product? Where do I find instructions please for further information?

Does the free version allow 2 Size charts available to view on Single product page for each product ?

I cannot enter in new Size Chart – Says “ADD NEW” with a lock?

Wants me to upgrade? WHY is this happening. I’ve had the free one for ages, is it forcing me to upgrade to a paid one ?

Or what is causing this as I don’t need the paid version, but I need to ADD a new Size Chart for a client.

For some reason my size chart tab is appearing twice. I’ve checked and the chart is assigned by tag and the product only has one tag. Any idea why?

Hey, there! How can I translate size charts into other languages? I string translation I can find plugi related translations, but I need to translate charts that I have made. I could even make one more chart for different language but there is no way to choose category in other language. Hope you get the idea.

However, we are using the plugin of Wp offload lite to offload image to cloud storage for CDN purpose:

When inset images in the size chart it will show:There has been a critical error on this website.

Hello, is there a way to make the categories, tags and attributes conditionals?. For example we have Categories as tops or pants and attributes like Brands and Collections. Right now is OR Conditional however is it possible to make it AND. For example We have Categories 1, 2, 3; Brands (Attribute) A, B, C; and colecctions (Attribute) E, F, G. We want to put one chart when 1 AND A AND E are selected but not to work when 1 AND A AND F or G are selected ( We will use another chart ) . Right now what happens it that i have several charts shown in the product page because they Meet one of the attributes or categories chosen. Thanks

I enabled tab view in the chart.

Size Chart Position = additional tab

I use tag to set it and no tab shows in the tab section on listing with that tag. I tried selecting the actual product and no tab as well.

On my default theme using Astra, the sizing chart link appears under the “safe and secure” icon’s on the single product page. Is there anyway to have this link moved up further? I can’t seem to find settings on the plugin or on the product page itself to change this unless it’s only something available in the pro/paid version?

No updates on this plugin for 2 months. Will there be an HPOS compatible version soon?

We’ve noticed that some of size charts didn’t show, so we start debugging your plugin and we’ve saw that in database, in postmeta table where you save the prod-chart, values are integers (e.x. 521), but sometimes they are including brackets (e.x. [521] – maybe for json array?).

We’ve just put brackets on every number and the size chart appeared.

Notice that we have assigned multiple products on some size charts and many of products were added after size chart was created (update).

after updating to 2.4.2 we notice the problem with special letters (unicode) and some characters like (, ) etc.

In the previous version, we created size tables with Polish characters such as ą ę ć ł. After updating to 2.4.2 we cant save them unless we dont delete the letters.

I cannot link a particular product to a new Size Chart – Cannot find the product

When in particular Product and go to the bottom right section to LINK the Size chart, I type in Skinny Joggers and it ONLY FINDS the Skinny Camo Joggers Size Chart and NOT the other Size Chart called Skinny Joggers Size Chart.

I have 2 separate Size Charts very similar name Skinny Camo Joggers and Skinny Joggers. Therefore even when typing in Skinny it will ONLY pickup 1 Size Chart called the Skinny Camo Joggers.

The Skinny Joggers Size Chart exists and is saved. But the system cannot find it or pick it up. How do I fix this urgently please ?
