I did setup the social login icons but they are not showing up once I logged out of my admin page and check on the actull website could any one please help ?

I’d like to be able to remove the plugin completely. When I deactivate it and delete it, it leaves traces of the icons on my homepage that I cannot remove. These dead icon placeholders just sit on the right side of the page. I want them gone.

Isn’t it possible to share other social media directly (like Facebook)? That would be a nice feature.

Dear people,

after the expiry of the USM Premium account, the account settings have disappeared, as have the the icons on the pages too. Normally, those settings and the icons too should stille be active after the term for which was paid, right?

However, the license code still shows on the account settings page. When I check the license code on Sellcodes, I am not able to resume. It only says: Pending for renew from Paddle.

Can somebody please help me retrieve my account settings and make the icons display again?

I don’t want this popup to appear on my shop page and I don’t plan to purchase the upgrade, so I’d just like to disable this so it doesn’t irritate visitors on the shop page. I have unchecked the box on the dashboard and cleared the cache but it still shows up.

I’ve added the plugin to my page and selected to show the icons floating, in a shortcode and with a widget but nothing works. I can’t see the icons on the page.

I’m using colibri and just upgraded to WP 6.7

My site’s News section has lost all posts after some point in 2013. They are not showing on my site or viewable in the Dashboard when I click on Posts. However, my site’s host were able to send me this link which shows shows them in the dashboard:

just wondering how we can get the open graph image to display for when we try to share it to FB. Any thoughts on this?

We have an open graph image set in RankMath which should then show in the post. See screenshot. It doesn’t display. I have also tried posting with a feature image set but still doesn’t display.

so I added the share icons via Widget and also via shortcode. From each product page, it all works fine, but from the Shop page, it shares one and the same product page instead of the shop page. Any help would be excellent!

Is there a way I can record likes and follows to my rewards program. Maybe using a plugin like Uncanny Automator or any other method. May need a webhook

When you click the VKontakte button, the link does not lead to the VKontakte page, but to sharing.

I have only this option checked in settings ragarding FB button: Share my blog with friends (on Facebook).
I guess I don’t need this script at all. Can you fix it? It happens on every site I am using your plugin.

I have installed the plugin “Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons” because I would like to display the follower counter for my Instagram Business account. However, it seems that the follower count is not being recognized, as it consistently shows “0.”

Any idea what might be causing this issue?

My team uses the plugin Siteimprove. Last week it detected several thousand broken links on our website. This seemed to be caused because Facebook sdk.js was malformed and being appended to all URLs. For example: http://www.mywebsite.com/https/connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js

I was able to track this down to the Social Media and Share Icons (Ultimate Social Media) plugin. On line 502 of the sfsiocns_OnPosts.php file is where the error was present. It was:
js.src = “https//connect.facebook.net/<?php echo $icons_language; ?>/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v3.2”;

Updating this to the following seemed to fix the problem:
js.src = “https://connect.facebook.net/&lt;?php echo $icons_language; ?>/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v3.2”;

It seemed the src was missing the “:”. Just wanted to log this in case it is an error with the plugin itself and not just our instance so the issue doesn’t arise again in the future.

As of a week ago, the facebook share button at the end of EACH POST on my food blog has disappeared. This is no good. I’ve reached out to wordpress.com for assistance and while they cant help as this involves a 3rd party plugin, they did say “the issue seems to be related to the “ultimate-social-media-icons” plugin that’s currently active on your site.  When that plugin is disabled, the “Facebook” sharing button shows up without any issues.  When that plugin is enabled, the “Facebook” sharing button doesn’t show up.” They then advised me to seek help from this forum.

The share button for whatsapp, twitter, email and etc is displayed as usual, only the Facebook button has disappeared for some reason. (It is located at the end of each post – after the address, opening hours and sign off) Kindly help.

On mobile only: (desktop, tablet work properly,) when you click the Facebook share button, then click the “share” box that appears above the icon it properly links to Facebook, lasts a couple of seconds then switches to a Facebook error message that says:

“Sorry, something went wrong.
We are working on it and we’ll get it fixed as soon as we can.”

This had previously been working for a long time. Now this error appears every time the share is attempted.

Hello, I was in the middle of purchasing your plugin with the discount and as I was filling my information out I was redirected back to your site?

Then when I tried to purchase the plugin again it wanted me to pay full price?

Is there a proper way of purchasing your plugin with the discount from a website that actually works instead of that sell codes rubbish that stopped me from purchasing it?

I just purchased the Premium version of Ultimate Social Media Icons but when I try to download the link emailed to me, it gives me the following error message:

“The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”

When I try to upload it again, it continues to give me the same message.
