How and where can I create an e-mail template to invite comments to the site?

I guess it cannot send automatic e-mails only to customers whose purchases have been completed to comment.

After installing WPML plugin I had problems with internal server error 500. It is happening around every third refresh or getting into different page like about-us, contact etc.

In WPML they write:
Identifying the specific plugin causing this issue can be challenging. It involves testing in a minimal environment and deactivating plugins one by one. After finding the responsible plugin, you would need to contact the author and request that they add a fix that limits the rewrite rule flushing to happen only once.

You can fix it by adding the code they provide to functions.php but after I did that the site drop down in google searches. So it creates very critical problem, because you want to your site to be at top in searches.

It would be nice to fix that plugin to work perfectly fine with WPML.

Hello, I add new fields on the review default forms

I’m trying to add review summaries with Kadence Elements. Unfortunately, when a user submits a review, that review then becomes visible for all products.

For example, a review submitted here for the Rio Macho Lodge, is then visible on other pages, such as here. How can I make these independent, so a review of one accommodation only appears at that accommodation?

Hi, Can you please help me with the following issues;

• The shortcode to hide the percentage bar for reviews does not work in BeaverBuilder. I have placed it in the module at ID and/or at CSS and/or in the Headcode, of the page, but it does not disappear.
• On the homepage I would like to show only 3 recent reviews this differs from the number of reviews I want to show on other pages, I just can’t specify this anywhere. Is there a shortcode for this? These pages are also built in the BeaverBuilder theme.
• In the form to request reviews I would like to change the text ; your e-mail address and tell us your e-mail address. I can’t find this one. Can you tell me which ones these are?
• When one has submitted a review the text in the button changes to Sending, pleae wait…. these I would like to translate/adapt to Dutch. How can this be done?

All other functions do work in BeaverBuilder. I would appreciate it if there is a solution for these issues as well (if possible in the free version).

Can the reviews shortcode or widget display a list of reviews including the post/page the particular review is assigned to? Currently I can not see an option for this, so using the [site_reviews] shortcode only shows the list of reviews with no option to visit the page/post that a particular review is assigned to.

I’d like to purchase pro but have a couple questions:

1. Is the only way to show the rating summary on the product archive pages by enabling the integration with WooCommerce and using Woo’s native summary widget?
2. Is the only way to show a review count next to the Summary Rating that links to the reviews on a single product page by enabling the WooCommerce integration and using Woo’s native summary widget?

When I enable the Woo integration, I’m no longer able to use Elementor to customize the style and layout of the Site Reviews widgets. It uses Woo’s instead and then places Site Reviews default rating summary and form in the review tab. I can add additional rating summary and review forms onto the page but then I’d have duplicates… one I can edit and one I cannot.

I use your plugin across various sites that I have built. On this site when someone submits a review it returns the error below

This review cannot be submitted, please refresh the page and try again.

I have resolved the issue once before by clearing the cache but that is no longer working.

I have turned off all plugins and tests, still no luck!

I have turned off caching, still no luck!

The site has no updates and is running the latest version of WordPress, Divi and just about everything else that could be updated.

Is there anything anyone can suggest.

I see the key to get the rating for aggregate rating but I also need to get the data for the number of ratings that it is based on. Is there a key for that that I’m missing somewhere?

I’m new to WordPress and have yet to create a site or use this Plug-in, so apologies if this is a silly question. I’m just trying to make sure that all the requirements of my website idea can be met first before I commit to actually building it.

My question is, can you generalize how ratings less than 3 stars are displayed? I.e., if a post has a 2.3 star rating, can you hide the actual rating and simply display “Less than 3 stars” or “>3” instead? I don’t want to encourage people to seek out posts with low ratings or to discourage posters that receive bad ratings.

(In case anyone is wondering why, the type of things being rated is subjective and I’m attempting to use a rating system to reward excellent work without punishing work that is less favored).

Hi there dev team, I have searched everywhere trying to find the documentation for the Site Reviews plugin and it is buried so deep that it doesn’t even come up on a Google search. I’m trying to figure out how to hook into some of the data for other uses on the page. Can you please provide a link to the documentation? How can I show the reviews form and reviews in all posts?

I have the following function on my functions.php. when I call the [count_site_reviews], I get 0. Is there anything wrong with my function?

Until recently, the review counts were showing up on the product pages. Suddenly, some of the counts show (0). The counts that are >0 don’t bring up the reviews when the Review count is clicked. How do I get the existing reviews to reconnect to the products?

This page shows there are 3 reviews (which do exist) but when I click on Reviews to see them, it says there aren’t any reviews

Hey, I’m trying to use the feature that allows me to pin the best reviews to the top, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve marked a few reviews as “Pinned,” but they’re not showing up at the top of the page like they’re supposed to. I’ve also double-checked the settings to make sure everything is correct, but no luck.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any advice or a solution would be great because I really need this feature to work.

First of all, i am using Rank Math Free version.

I am encountering issues related to the missing fields aggregateRating and review in the schema markup for my WooCommerce product pages.

Currently, I rely on the default WooCommerce Product Schema for my pages since I sell products. However, I’ve noticed that the WooCommerce schema does not include the aggregateRating and review fields, which is causing these validation errors.

I thought that by using Site Reviews i could solve these problems. Could you please advise on the best way to include this information in my Woocommerce product schema? Is there a way to integrate site reviews with Rank Math via a filter or something? Or is there an alternative method to resolve these issues?

How to show reviews within posts “only” with a specific category ?

Not referring to category pages or anything else.

How can I show reviews ONLY within posts that has category such as “Cat”.

I haven’t seen this option in short codes or any other documentation.

1. I use Elementor and have a rating summary widget and a Latest reviews widget on the same page. Can/should I activate the schema on both of them? I’m using Rank Math (Not Pro) and haven’t associated the site reivews plugin to any schema integration.
2. I have businesses AND people that are reviews on my site. Should I still have business as default schema? Should I do any changes on the pages with people?

I am using Elementor Pro to build my product page. I use the Site Reviews Widget at the bottom of my page for the review summary. This is working jut fine. In addition, I added a button under the title of my page with a dynamic Text consisting of Review Count plus “Sternebewertungen”. Recently (can´t really say when it started), the review count of the botton text at the top of the page is incorrect. At the bottom of the page in the reviews section, the count is correct. How can I ensure the review count at the top of the page is correct?

Plugin is great! Works like it should!

But one week into it I finished my work on a new site on a subdomain and added a line into .htaccess so traffic to top level will go to my subfolder install WP. And now Site Reviews only get the “submit button spins forever” issue.
