setting up a site for some AirBnB cottages. The cottage can host 4 people max, 1 of which must be an adult. Capacity setting therefore is: total 4, adults 4, kids 3. Searching with the “Availability Search Form” and asking for 4 adults and 2 kids should give me 2 cottages, but only shows one:

the ‘View ‘ booking link form the ‘your recent bookings’ page of (Hotel Booking Lite) My Account on my site doesn’t work, it just gives a ‘page not found’ error.

the URL gives a page_id instead of …/booking-confirmation/booking… etc as is directed by the customer confirmation emails so perhaps that is the problem? The URL in the view button offers [my domina]…/booking/?page_id=79&booking_id=834&booking_key=booking_834_677c4a03cdf2a9.19768285

I had a similar problem with the ‘My Recent Bookings’ link on the My Account page until i saved the permalinks page. Doing that solved that problem but this one still persists

I really don’t understand what’s going on with this plugin. I followed all the instructions, even watched the demo videos and guides, but I can’t get the booking form to work properly. I click and nothing happens! The calendar’s not updating, and I can’t figure out why the payment system keeps failing. Seriously, what kind of product is this if the basic features don’t work as advertised? I thought this was supposed to be a simple and user-friendly solution, but I’m starting to think I might have wasted my time and money on it. If you’re going to promote it as being easy to use, then why is this so frustrating??

For some reason the mails are not being send out to admin or custom at all. this is creating a lot of issue, can you please help with this?

On the page where the accommodations in my facility are listed the book button appears for each room, but if I click it takes me to the page in the link that asks me for the dates again and does not take me to the booking form. What should I do? I would like the option to select dates to appear on the “rooms” page, then be directed to availability and finally, by clicking on book, to the actual reservation form. My theme is Astra and the client will purchase the pro version only after testing how lite works. Thank you!

Hi, I’m using the plugin on two websites, and on one of them, when you click on the check in field to choose from the calendar, the loading time of the calendar is a bit slow. On the other website there’s no issue and the loading time of the calendar is minimal.
Can you advise how I can fix this on the first website?

The tutorial I am following has an older version of the plugin where you could change to Horizontal by clicking a drop down on the Parameters section. This isn’t an option on the plugin I have installed.

Hello, We are experiencing the following issue:

On HOME PAGE and ACCOMMODATION page when opening the calendar for availability it gives directly option for 2025 and you can not choose check in / check out dates, respectively you can not see availabilty options and you can not make a reservation. What might be the reason?

On BOOK NOW button Calendar is working correctly.

Hi, i’ve got an issue on client notification. I’ve set the confirmation as Manually from the Admin and activate admin and client notification.
When i try to book a room, notification email to admin is sent but not to client. On Client email setting i’ve uncheck the fist email notification “Email for new booking (admin approval)”. I ve set an external smtp to send email.
Someone could help?

I can’t create the global template for the individual accommodation pages using divi.
and as if you forgot to put “use the current” in the “accommodation type” field of the forms. On many modules it is already there, but on others that are essential for creating the accommodation page, it is missing, such as in the availability calendar module or in the module to proceed and confirm the booking date and people, which only allow you to enter an ID.
It would be enough to add this to be able to do it, it’s really a shame.
I need to make that template to remove the sidebar and add some customizations.
The alternatives that I have found but which I would like to avoid are to create a specific template for each accommodation, specifying the id in those incomplete forms.

I have set the pages correctly as you can see, it should be redirected to the ”transaction failed” page but this does not happen, how to solve it?

Is there a way to require users to “agree to the terms” and provide an actual signature when they are booking?

Is it possible to configure “Confirmation upon payment” with “User Pays Deposit” (50%) as the default, while giving the customer the option to pay the “Full Amount” if they wish to do so?

I’m not seeing a way to configure this behavior in the settings, but maybe I’m missing something.

can someone help me how to translate the text for the price “per night”. Everything in the plugin is more or less translated. But this phrase is still in english. I’m using Loco Translate, it’s also translated there, but it still shows up wrong. In Czech language this is “za noc”.

After plugin installation, I have no page listed. I can see I have a number of pages posted, but no page listed.

I am using wordpress 6.5.2

I had most of the text translated but lately it won’t show other than english again. I have tried all kinds of changes but nothing shows on the page. It’s like the custom language file is not being loaded?
I have tried to edit the file direct but also thru Loco translate but nothing helps.
