I paid for and downloaded the latest version of pro 2.16.1 and no zip file, can’t install…been contacting Masteriyo all day No response it’s feeling kinda scamish to me…they were awesome until i paid and now no support!? WTF?

ok so I have upgraded from 1 to 3 because the company, did in fact finally get back to me at which point they were very helpful and accommodating. I strongly advise that the company remove the customer chat feature showing it’s available when it’s not available, an 8 hour delay in chat service is beyond unacceptable, the point to having chat service is to have fast access to service. If your not able to provide that then don’t offer it, and stick with an on site submission form which people will expect and understand up to 24 hour turn around.

another suggestion would be to bolster your FAQ for common technical issues such as Safari automatically unzipping files, which many people use Mac books, if your aware of this issue and give how common safari is these days maybe avoid this issue all together by updating your FAQ.

anyway, I have upgraded this review, they have immediately processed the refund request and honoured their Guarantee, so that was worth upgrading and noting.

my only advice is if you have a time sensitive project, keep in mind that at the moment if your in North America using this product expect or budget at least 9 hour time delays in support. If you know that going into the purchase then you won’t have any issues. I may reconsider this product in the future on less time sensitive projects as they do have a host of nice to have features at a reasonable price.

It’s a very easy to use WordPress LMS and the customer care is very active and supportive. All the features are simple to use and access, they have very precise videos that help on how to use the entire LMS and each of the features, i really recommend it for individual projects and company projects.

I had some very frustrating problems but Uzwal from their support went above and beyond to help. It was a delight to work with a real person and not some sham AI pretedning to be human. They don’t have weekend cover, which is fair enough (I’m jealous), but are planning to add it in 2025. The plugin works well and has more than most people need. As with any app, if you need to go outside the usual, I’d say be patient and work it out. The support provided did exavlty that. This is a company that deserves support.

I am not an educator, but an ordinary person living in Japan, and I needed to install an LMS to WordPress.
I chose this LMS because it was smooth to install, it had a lot of add-ins even though it was free, and the price was reasonable. Of course, the support chat was also smooth! (And in Japanese!)
They are very helpful because they are familiar with Japanese WordPress themes.
If you are interested in it, please try to install it.

Our usage of this LMS is probably unusual, so we have to bend its features to our needs. Masteriyo’s support gave to us ideas, ready solutions or just info where the limits are. All of that was very helpful!

I have just started using this plugin recently and I am very impressed so far. There are so many great features available on the free version (which you have to pay for elsewhere) and I’m looking to upgrade now for even more benefits. The best thing so far has been the customer service, they have been super helpful. I have been contacting them via chat and they have answered all of my questions quickly. I am a former customer of TutorLMS. But that plugin is extremely bloated and heavey. Customer support is ok, but I feel that they are forcing their other products on you.

Masteriyo with it’s free version already offers almost the same as the Pro version of TutorLMS. It’s fast, looks good and easy to use. Plus I have been in contact with their support multiple times which was an amazing experience.

One of the greatest LMS ever i seen. I am working with this LMS for 3 months without any problem. But a minor issue have this LMS, course page not working sometimes but overall is ok. I gives 5 star overall, but They should improve their account create and register system, and account confirmation via code this will be great i think.

Its been quite a while I started using Masteriyo Pro for my website. The LMS is easy to understand and use. I start with free version of masteriyo and found that interface is very intuitive to use especially course builder and front end user experiences is very smooth.

I like the standalone payment feature which support offline payments which many country still use offline payment but other lms plugins lack this feature. I really do not want to use woocommerce + lms since it will be slow down website and masteriyo standlone payment system solve this problem.

Another feature i like is the ability to limit device to learn which has built-in to masteriyo plugin.

Even Free version still good to use in simple course online website. Looking forward to use PRO version !
