I use Jetpack’s portfolio feature, and I wanted to change the appearance of the landing page. Currently it’s styled after an archive page, but I can’t edit it at all. Clicking “edit archive page” at the top returns me “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I then disabled Jetpack’s portfolio feature and wanted to create my own portfolio page. I had it use the same slug, but visiting it directed me to my home page, even though Jetpack’s portfolio page should have been disabled.

I was left with no choice but to turn on Jetpack’s portfolio option again, but I still want to be able to customize my own /portfolio/ page. Why can’t I?

I changed my domain on my self-hosted blog back in November. When I visit my self-hosted blog on WP Reader, it hasn’t updated to any of my current content since the domain change and all the posts shown still point to my old .nyc domain and are dead links. The only thing that updates from my end is if I change the title of my blog, then WordPress Reader does update my blog’s title to my new .com domain, but nothing updates on my posts; they remain at the old .nyc domain. There seems to be no way to force it to update from my end, so I’m guessing it’s stored in some cache on your servers somewhere.

Troubleshooting I’ve already done is deleting and reinstalling Jetpack and all my other plugins.
Deleting Jetpack cache files with Transient Manager.
Tried viewing from different browsers, PC’s, phone, etc. same results

Browser: Brave
OS: Windows 11

Dear Support Team,

We use Jetpack to connect our WooCommerce shop to the WooCommerce App. Since December, the Jetpack connection has been consistently dropping after only a few days, requiring us to reconnect to restore functionality. This occurs even though Jetpack shows an active connection in the WordPress backend.

When the connection is lost, the Jetpack debug tool (https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/) reports the following error: unknown error.
But /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack-debugger shows “Invalid Jetpack connection token”

All plugins, WordPress, and our theme are up to date.
We checked https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/known-issues and the XML-RPC file.
We use WordFence for security, but there were no conflicts before December.
Disabling WordFence does not fix it either.

Could you please advise on how we can resolve this issue?

We moved from a multisite/subsite to a fresh instance on the same network but in doing so lost our previous stats. The new site id is 104483940, but the account connection is giving:

Invalid request, please go back and try again.
Error Code: invalid_request
Error Message: The URL stored by the Jetpack servers does not match your site. Please try disabling the Jetpack plugin, re-enable it, then connect again.

We changed the subsite (folders) url from /elcrp to /eastlothiancrp

The problem is correctly identified but the solution seems to require someone to identify which site or account to reconnect, or both.

We have used different accounts over time to login to wordpress.com and can see other sites missing that have lost access to (plausibly also accounts that have been closed).

Is there a sane way to recover this information without pestering jetpack support or sharing account information here?

On our photo club’s website we are not using Jetpack Stats, but stats.wp.com is still contacted on every page load. In fact, pagespeed.web.dev complains “Avoid serving legacy JavaScript to modern browsers” with the w.js script that is retrieved from stats.wp.com

How can this be stopped, please?

I am able to send test emails from WP User Manager and other sources, but I cannot get Jetpack newsletters to work. It used to work, but I think a recent cleanup may have caused some disconnect that I am not aware of. The reason I say this is my subscribers list is more or less empty and even when I re-add myself and try to resend the newsletter from the block editor, I never get one.

I have looked at several How-Tos and other diagnostic pages, including the Jetpack documentation, but nothing seems to work.

I migrated from a airbiopf.wordpress.com website-free plan- to a selfhosted(airbiopf.in). wordpress.com web site had 340 subscribers and regular email to them was sent while publishing a post. Now although all 340 appear under users in dash board the email is sent only to 22. Pl. advise whether and how the email newsletter is sent to all from the self hosted site.

I recently had a free domain name hosted by WordPress.com, and near the end of December I switched to paid hosting and a new domain. I imported my site and its content fine, but I have received nothing but failures when attempting to transfer my previous subscribers.

I’ve attempted every possible method, both manual and importing using a .csv file. Most of the time, I was immediately sent an email saying Jetpack “hit a snag” when importing with no other details and direction towards generic support with no relevant advice.

Except I don’t even get that anymore. Now when I attempt to import subscribers, I get the usual notification that they’ll send me an email when they’re done, and I simply receive… nothing. No success email, and not even a failure email.

I have no idea what the problem is, and Jetpack’s support hasn’t helped. My subscriber list does not have any deleted accounts or spambots.

Yesterday my site was very slow and then my server even crashed due to going over the RAM limit (4GB!!) and this was the error message we found:

I am on the latest version of WP, Jetpack, and my theme (PennNews). Over the last few weeks, with Jetpack activated, going to appearance/customization brings up a weird page that mentions Gravatar.

When I go to the widgets section of WP, the layout area where you can normally drag and edit your widgets is missing.

Again, both of these things work when I deactivate Jetpack.
