AGYLE is an African-German Young Leaders Programme that brings together young leaders from Africa and Germany in a long-term business network.

What is AGYLE?
"AGYLE - African German Young Leaders in Business" brings together young leaders from Africa and Germany for long-term business networking. Direct encounter and partnership-based exchange between selected African countries and Germany promotes the development of innovative ideas and projects and thus lays the foundation for sustainable economic cooperation. The AGYLE network includes young leaders from Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia and Germany.
In 2023, the young leaders dealt with the topic of digital transformation; in 2024, the focus of AGYLE will be "Circular Economy - How young leaders are shaping the transformation".

Do you meet the following participation criteria?
- You are younger than 40 years
- You are from Ethiopia, Ghana, Ruanda, Senegal, Tunisia
or Germany - You are from the fields of business, politics or media
- You are dealing with innovative solutions in the field of circular economy,
- You are socially engaged in addition to your professional activities
- You are enthusiastic about German-African issues
- You are willing to actively participate in the network of Young Leaders alumni
