Delaware absentee ballot deadlines

You may vote by absentee ballot in Delaware if:

You are in public service of the US or the State of Delaware, including a member of the Uniformed Services or US military.
You are providing care to a parent, spouse, or child who requires constant care because of the nature of your business or occupation.
You are a student.
You are otherwise eligible to vote but are incarcerated.
You are sick or temporarily or physically disabled.
You are absent from the district while on vacation.
You are unable to vote at a certain time or date due to your religion.

Sign and date the form. This is very important!
Return your completed application to your Local Election Office as soon as possible. We'll provide the mailing address for you.
All Local Election Offices will accept mailed or hand-delivered forms. Your Local Election Office will also let you fax or email the application.
Double-check the deadlines and be sure to cast your voted ballot on time to be sure it is counted.

Once you receive the ballot, carefully read and follow the instructions.
Sign and date where indicated.
Mail your voted ballot back to the address indicated on the return envelope.
