It's helped protect the family from a lot of potential problems and some viruses over the years that I've been using ESET.
Good price for the level of protection we get from outside threats to our computers and phones.
I feel a lot safer letting the children play online while ESET makes sure nothing is let in that shouldn't be there.

The renewal process initially seems very confusing as I tried to renew first from my account and then from the website and found it very difficult.
Eventually I attempted to renew from the renewal email and it was very easy.
It would be good if there was a more user friendly renewal option in "my account"

Excellent product, once it's loaded, providing good tested protection.
Not easy to renew between the end of a 'business' account into a new 'home' account. Could be a lot simpler.

When I enabled the Privacy and Security browser I had serious problems logging into my yahoo email account. Had to go via yahoo news, then go to mail + open mail that way. Unfortunately had to disable the browser again. Could not find any useful info how to resolve the problem otherwise.

Mobile security, anti-theft and anti-virus apps are fantastic. I've used BitDefender and Sophos and ESET is clearly the best all rounder. It is feature rich as well as being the most robust on the market.

Always helpful. Recently resolved an issue when I tried to renew my existing ESET license and inadvertently got a new one, as a new subscriber. They sorted it out for me quickly.

Software was not compatible with my pc. One phone call and the matter is resolved . I am promised a refund withi a few days.

Eset uk are reliable, a very good security system, worth there weight in gold. You get plenty of reminders for renewing your contract. Staff members over the phone are so helpful. Yes I would recommend Eset UK for the peace of mind & fair prices.

Renewal for 2 devices seemed to work well. But when we logged onto second device (laptop) there was an unexplained demand for further payment - fortunately only £1.20, which I paid. Why was this?

Auto renewal is easy, with the option to cancel if I didn’t want to continue. I think the price is very reasonable and I am covered for several years. Also I do not get bombarded with dozens of unwanted emails

when i bought my first computer over 10 years ago the man who installed it recommended ESET and my friends all said "Oh you are not PAYING for anti virus are you.?"
over the years i have had messages from most of them telling me thay have been hacked and that i should ignore requests for meney for their air fare home from various foreign countries
speaks fot itself doesnt it?

Been using Eset for few years and have been really pleased with it all, just built new computer and license over no problem. Had fault with computer running, run Eset which picked up bad file within seconds, it sorted with no issues. Great peace of mind with the whole package so much so just doing for another 3yrs

Been an ESET user for many years on windows and now Mac platform.
Recently had to rebuild both my macs with fresh installs of os and applications but the latest software reads Cyber Security whereas before it was cyber security pro and the interface has changed. Hard to see when it updates without opening the program and checking to see if it is actually updating.
