Best Antivirus I've seen, well worth the money

It's helped protect the family from a lot of potential problems and some viruses over the years that I've been using ESET.

Good price for the level of protection we get from outside threats to our computers and phones.

I feel a lot safer letting the children play online while ESET makes sure nothing is let in that shouldn't be there.

Great product

Simply works without interfering with anything else. Very user friendly. A lot of major corporations could learn a lot from ESET.

What a great company been using Eset…

What a great company been using Eset for years now. Having 25 years working in IT. I have had many different anti-virus programs through the years but always go back to Eset

Confusing

The renewal process initially seems very confusing as I tried to renew first from my account and then from the website and found it very difficult.
Eventually I attempted to renew from the renewal email and it was very easy.
It would be good if there was a more user friendly renewal option in "my account"

Fantastic and clearly the best on the market

Mobile security, anti-theft and anti-virus apps are fantastic. I've used BitDefender and Sophos and ESET is clearly the best all rounder. It is feature rich as well as being the most robust on the market.

Mixed messaging.

Fairly easy to renew my Internet Security but didn't feel it was clear enough in relation to my mobile phone.

Needs better Mac integration

Great product but need to make it much easier to install on a Mac when iOS has been updated. Took over an hour and had to go through loads of settings to make
sure we were fully protected.

License renewal

Always helpful. Recently resolved an issue when I tried to renew my existing ESET license and inadvertently got a new one, as a new subscriber. They sorted it out for me quickly.

Eset uk are reliable

Eset uk are reliable, a very good security system, worth there weight in gold. You get plenty of reminders for renewing your contract. Staff members over the phone are so helpful. Yes I would recommend Eset UK for the peace of mind & fair prices.

when i bought my first computer over 10…

when i bought my first computer over 10 years ago the man who installed it recommended ESET and my friends all said "Oh you are not PAYING for anti virus are you.?"
over the years i have had messages from most of them telling me thay have been hacked and that i should ignore requests for meney for their air fare home from various foreign countries
speaks fot itself doesnt it?

great service through the chat

one of their team 'Luke' helped e through the chat window to download and install the correct version I needed. he remained in the background until I was all installed including sending me links to reset my password. very helpful, no rush, got the job done. all you can ask for

When I enabled the Privacy and Security…

When I enabled the Privacy and Security browser I had serious problems logging into my yahoo email account. Had to go via yahoo news, then go to mail + open mail that way. Unfortunately had to disable the browser again. Could not find any useful info how to resolve the problem otherwise.

Auto renewal is easy

Auto renewal is easy, with the option to cancel if I didn’t want to continue. I think the price is very reasonable and I am covered for several years. Also I do not get bombarded with dozens of unwanted emails

Software was not compatible with my pc

Software was not compatible with my pc. One phone call and the matter is resolved . I am promised a refund withi a few days.
