It's already been 11 years since j-hope made his debut. Before plunging into a reflection on the complexity of dance and life, he revisits a style that is familiar to him: popping, which he has known since he was a child.

J-hope navigates when to lock, and when to unlock; he seeks wisdom from his first dance instructor.

With his heart set on learning the captivating dance style called house, j-hope heads to Paris; he starts out with only a passing knowledge of the style and moves from the fundamentals of house to more elaborate moves.

Aside from his beloved BTS members, j-hope has another soulmate: hip-hop; j-hope travels to New York to meet with a first-generation hip-hop dancing pioneer.

J-Hope wants to rediscover his dance roots by revisiting his influences; he travels to Osaka to dance with a master of popping; he goes to Paris, New York, Seoul and Gwangju to work with people he admires, to rediscover his sense of wonder.
