I called Jackie when squirrels had gained access to my extension under the roof tiles. Jackie and Mike arrived promptly and very quickly grasped the brief, working out that lifting and re-setting the tiles to eliminate the gap underneath would solve the problem. Their experience was instantly evident and they explained what was required and set a fair price very quickly. The work was completed within days to a very high standard. Both Jackie and Mike showed that they really do care about their customers and took the time to explain the process clearly. Customer service was excellent throughout and I would confidently use them again for any roofing issue

I'm so glad I decided to use Michael and Jackie to do works on my roof. This time round they did my loft insulation for me. Prior to that, they've sorted out my leaky roof for me. The first thing to say, and my over-riding impression is, that both mile and Jackie are incredibly hard-working individuals whose integrity is unimpeachable. They get the job done when they say they will, they do it too incredibly high standards, they don't stop until they've got it done to spec. They let you know beforehand exactly what the work will entail, and keep you fully appraised as work progresses. This really helps put your mind at ease because having roof work done is probably the most stressful type of work you could ever have done on your home. So this time round, it was loft insulation. It's a very difficult and messy job. The guys just got on with it, and we're sensitive to the fact it's just had a tooth extracted, so didn't bother me unless truly necessary. Due to the nature of the materials, it's very difficult to completely clear away the water created, but Jackie worked so so hard to do so and may even have left the house looking better than before the job started. From experience with past jobs, I know that if there's any minor issues, they really want to know about it and can be relied upon to come back on and address them promptly. All in all, I have great peace of mind and can relax now. Thank you so much

Michael assisted by Jackie removed low-quality defective lead flashing and crumbling mortar and replaced these with new grade code 4 lead flashing and the correct mix of mortar. Additionally, they attached a new collar to the base of the soil pipe and painted the whole pipe. A defective short rainwater downpipe was also replaced with one of the correct length. All waste was removed leaving the roof pristine. This work, which took several hours was carried out on the hottest day of the year. A testament to the professionalism of Michael and Jackie. We had a 20ft length of sagging soffit board under our 2nd floor roof with difficult access. The weather was coming in. I called Jackie on Friday afternoon and she and Mick arrived on Saturday afternoon. A quick response at short notice. The job turned out to be more awkward and difficult than it looked but they stuck at it with very good nature and without complaint. Much improvisation was needed. They kept at it even after even it had got dark and got the job done for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond. I would certainly call on Jackie again and have no hesitation in highly recommending her.

Jackie and Michael did a good job in reducing the height of a chimney plus re-pointing. We are very pleased with the result.

My roof had been leaking for some time and none of the roofers I had got in previously had either managed to solve the problem or had persuaded me that they were capable of doing so. Enter Mike and Jackie. I just knew that they would get the job done correctly, not only does their website carry the Which Trusted Trader accreditation, but also from speaking to Jackie, she was willing to provide references and photos from previous customers but most tellingly of all, Jackie promised to resolve the problem, even if she had to come back for more than one visit. This was music to my ears, and this really does set them apart. It was a lot of work to remove the old flashing, resolve the issues that were lurking underneath, install new flashing and point the brickwork appropriately, but it was all done in two days, which was really appreciated. The damp patches on my loft walls are slowly receding, and when it rained last weekend there was no further ingress of water. I really wish I'd got Mike and Jackie in when I first discovered the leak, it would've saved me so much aggravation. I recommend them without hesitation or qualification. They're pleasant people to have around, and you can rely on them to get the job done to a very high standard and leave the site as they found it. Brilliant, thank you so much.

Very honest and decent people. I thought I needed a new garage roof but they advised repairing and sealing would be sufficient and much cheaper. They also replaced guttering and downpipes on the house. I was very pleased with the work. It was done over a longer period than I expected but it was December so not ideal weather for outside work and I made it clear it wasn't urgent work, so no complaints. I would definitely recommend this company.
