On March 26, 2020, the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks issued a Direction to all Conservation Authorities (“CAs”) recommending amendments to CA Administrative By-Laws to allow for certain electronic processes. Read the Minister’s Direction.
In keeping with this direction, a Special Meeting of Toronto and Region Conservation Authority’s (TRCA) Board of Directors was held on April 24 to update the Board of Directors Administrative By-Law to allow for electronic meetings. Due to COVID-19, TRCA Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and advisory board meetings will be held virtually until further notice.
Meetings will be open to public via a livestream available on this page. Any delegations will be accommodated electronically.
