In his current role, Tommy is at the intersection of technology and customer success, specializing in a broad range of programming languages. His role centers around empowering developers by simplifying the integration of Apryse’ comprehensive SDKs through guidance and support, including design review, deployment advice, performance tuning, code snippet review, and problem diagnosis. Since building his first computer at age 11, Tommy has pursued a career in software engineering, focusing on prioritizing the integration of user feedback into actionable improvements. He is passionate about sharing his insights and fresh perspectives on the industry and offering advice to the next generation of programmers and developers. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
