Refund policy


If your item is defective, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or store credit only; we don’t offer refunds.

Please direct all return inquiries to support@tanoshipop.com within FIVE (5) days of the date of receipt. We will need a descriptive email with what is defective on the item with visible photos of the item, boxing, and everything included in the shipment.  If you cannot provide clear photos of the defective item, we will not be able to return the item, with no exceptions.   Returns made without contacting us first via email will not be honored. The merchandise must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging, with a collection card and any accessories. Sealed packaging can be returned only if unopened. Blind box items can be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that are shipped flat rate or free, our actual shipping and handling costs each way are deducted from your store credit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions /non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Credit or replacement item
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll automatically be credited, or we will ship out the replacement item if approved, or we will ship you a replacement item. Please remember it can take two weeks for us to process the return with a credit or ship out the replacement item. Or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us at support@tanoshipop.com.
