Unable to edit or add host: Error: cannot call methods on autocomplete prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'off'

      On 5.0~rc1 I'm unable to edit or add host. Both Firefox and Chromium throw the following Javascript error to dev console:

      Error: cannot call methods on autocomplete prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'off'

      This error makes it impossible to change current tab to 'Tags', 'Macros', 'Inventory', etc.

      This is under PHP7.3.
