Set the camera audio source in Final Cut Pro for iPad
When you record in pro camera mode in Final Cut Pro, you can choose a source for audio input, such as the built-in microphones in your iPad, external microphones with a USB-C connector, Bluetooth® connected microphones (including AirPods), and more.
You can monitor the input volume using the meter on the camera screen.
In Final Cut Pro for iPad, open a project, tap in the toolbar, then tap Pro Camera.
In the camera screen, tap , tap Audio, tap next to Source, then tap the audio input.
If you don’t see your audio input, make sure the audio device is connected to and recognized by your iPad.
