Set the camera audio source in Final Cut Pro for iPad
The Final Cut Pro camera lets you choose a source for audio input, such as the built-in microphones in your iPad, external microphones with a USB-C connector, Bluetooth® connected microphones (including AirPods), and more.
You can monitor the input volume using the meter at the bottom left of the camera screen.
In Final Cut Pro for iPad, open a project, then tap in the toolbar.
In the camera screen, tap in the lower-left corner, tap Audio, tap next to Source, then tap the audio input.
If you don’t see your audio input, make sure the audio device is connected to and recognized by your iPad.
