Om datorn inte känner igen en extern bildskärm
Om datorn inte upptäcker att en separat bildskärm är ansluten kan du försöka upptäcka den i Systeminställningar eller prova ett av de andra felsökningstipsen nedan.
Välj Apple-menyn > Systeminställningar på datorn och klicka sedan på Bildskärmar i sidofältet. (Du kanske måste rulla nedåt.)
Håll ned alternativtangenten om du vill att knappen Sök bildskärmar ska visas i stället för knappen Night Shift. Klicka sedan på Sök bildskärmar.
Om datorn fortfarande inte känner igen den anslutna bildskärmen kan du prova något av följande:
Lossa bildskärmen från datorn och anslut den igen.
Se till att kabeln du använder är ordentligt ansluten till rätt port.
Kontrollera att du använder rätt kabel när du ansluter bildskärmen.
Tips: Om du vill få mer detaljerad information om vilka typer av videovisning som din dator stöder kan du kontrollera de tekniska specifikationerna för din Mac: Välj Apple-menyn > Systeminställningar och välj sedan Hjälp i menyraden. Välj [din Macs namn]-specifikationer och rulla sedan ned till Skärmstöd eller Videostöd (beroende på Mac).
Se till att du använder rätt adapter om en sådan behövs. Se Apple Support-artikeln Adaptrar för Thunderbolt 4-, Thunderbolt 3- eller usb-C-porten på din Mac.
Om du använder en bildskärm från en annan tillverkare bör du läsa dokumentationen som följde med och kontrollera att du ansluter bildskärmen i enlighet med tillverkarens anvisningar.
