Setting triggers
Use a setting trigger to run an automation when you change a setting on your device.
The Aeroplane Mode trigger has the following options:
Trigger your automation when you turn on or turn off Aeroplane Mode. There are three options: Is Turned On, Is Turned Off and Is Turned On or Off (which triggers your automation when you turn on Airplane mode and also when you turn it off).
The Wi-Fi trigger has one option:
Network: Tap Choose, then select one or more Wi-Fi networks. When you connect to a selected network, your automation triggers. You can also choose Any Network to launch your automation whenever you connect to any Wi-Fi network.
The Bluetooth trigger has one option:
Device: Tap Choose, then select one or more Bluetooth devices. When you connect to a selected device, your automation triggers. You can also choose Any Device to launch your automation whenever you connect to any Bluetooth device.
The Do Not Disturb trigger has the following options:
Trigger when I: Choose Enable, Disable, and Enable or Disable (which triggers your automation when you enable Do Not Disturb and also when you disable it).
The Low Power Mode trigger has the following options:
Trigger when I: Triggers your automation when you enable or disable Low Power Mode. There are three options: Enable, Disable, and Enable or Disable (which triggers your automation when you enable Low Power Mode and also when you disable it).
The Battery Level trigger has the following options:
Equals: Triggers your automation when the battery percentage equals the value set in the percentage slider.
Rises Above: Triggers your automation when the battery percentage rises above the value set in the percentage slider.
Falls Below: Triggers your automation when the battery percentage falls below the value set in the percentage slider.
The Charger trigger is activated when you start or stop charging—whether with a cable, wirelessly or with a charging case. The Charger trigger has the following options:
Is Connected: Triggers your automation when you start charging.
Is Disconnected: Triggers your automation when you stop charging.
Is Connected Is Disconnected: Triggers your automation when you start charging and when you stop charging.
The NFC trigger has one option:
NFC Tag: Triggers your automation when you scan a near-field communication tag. After you initially scan the NFC tag, you can name it for future reference. Other than the unique identifier, the contents of the NFC tag are ignored.
Note: Not all devices support NFC.
The App trigger has the following options:
App: Tap Choose, then select an app from the list.
Is Opened: Triggers your automation when you open or switch to the selected app.
Is Closed: Triggers your automation when you close or switch from the selected app.
