Download email attachments from Mail on iCloud.com
An email that contains an attachment has a paper clip icon to the right of the sender’s name in the email list.
If you receive an email with an attachment (a file), you can open the file after downloading it to your computer.
In Mail on iCloud.com, open an email that contains an attachment.
Click the file or image you want to download to your computer. The file or image is downloaded to the location specified in your web browser’s settings.
If you’re using Safari on a Mac, see Download items from the web using Safari on Mac in the Safari User Guide for Mac.
If you can’t open an attachment, it might have been created using an app you don’t have on your computer. Ask the sender to resend the file in a format compatible with an app you have.
Thanks for your feedback.
