Slow down a lesson in GarageBand on Mac
While playing along with a lesson, you may want to slow it down to learn a difficult passage. You can slow a lesson down to as much as half the original speed, and then increase the speed gradually as you practise the passage, until you can play it at normal speed.
Change the speed of a lesson
In GarageBand on Mac, drag the Speed slider in the control bar to the left to slow down the lesson.
Click the Play button to start the lesson playing.
To speed up the lesson, drag the slider to the right.
You can change the speed of a lesson when the lesson is playing or stopped. When a lesson is playing at a slower speed, the teacher’s voice is not audible.
Thanks for your feedback.
