Use an Apple device or app

If you’re trying to create an Apple Account on a website, instead try to use an Apple device or an Apple app on your Windows PC or Android phone. If you’re already using a device, you can try to create an Apple Account using another device you have access to, or at account.apple.com instead.

Update to the latest software

Your Apple device or Apple app may not be up to date.

Check your internet connection

Make sure you can open web pages in your device’s web browser. If you can open web pages, try again later to create an Apple Account. You may want to switch to mobile data or a different Wi-Fi network, if available. You can also check Apple’s System Status page to see if there’s an outage in your country or region.
