Change VoiceOver preferences for accessibility on Mac
On your Mac, use the VoiceOver pane of Accessibility preferences to turn VoiceOver on or off, open VoiceOver Utility, or start the VoiceOver tutorial.
To change these preferences, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Accessibility, then click VoiceOver.

To quickly turn VoiceOver on or off using the Accessibility Options shortcut panel, press Option-Command-F5 (or if your Mac has Touch ID, quickly press Touch ID three times).
To specify which options are available in the shortcut panel, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Accessibility, then click Shortcut.
