Change Screen Time Always Allowed preferences on Mac
Use the Always Allowed pane of Screen Time preferences to choose what communication is allowed during downtime, and which apps can be used during downtime or after an applicable time limit has been reached.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Screen Time, then select Always Allowed in the sidebar.

During downtime, allow communication with | Choose who your family member can communicate with during downtime.

Contacts | Click Edit to manage a family member’s iCloud contacts. This option is available if you requested permission to manage your family member’s iCloud contacts in the Communication pane of Screen Time preferences. See Change Screen Time Communication preferences on Mac. | ||||||||||
Allowed Apps | Select the checkbox next to an app to allow it to be used during downtime or after the time limit has been reached. | ||||||||||
Sort by [option] | Click the Sort by pop-up menu to change the order of the apps in the list:
