You can use Pages, Numbers, and Keynote to open documents you created with Microsoft Office.

Open Microsoft Word documents with Pages.
Open Pages for me (if installed)
Open Microsoft Excel documents with Numbers.
Open Numbers for me (if installed)
Open Microsoft PowerPoint presentations with Keynote.
Open Keynote for me (if installed)

Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are available from the Mac App Store.
