Accessibility solutions for iTunes on Mac
The following iTunes features provide accessibility solutions for people with disabilities:
VoiceOver: You can use VoiceOver, a screen reader included with macOS, while using iTunes and the iTunes Store. See Use accessibility features on Mac.
Captions for films and podcasts: iTunes can play captioned and subtitled films. You can purchase or rent films that include closed captions from the iTunes Store. The iTunes Store also offers many captioned podcasts. See Play films and other video.
Keyboard shortcuts: You can use the keyboard to perform most tasks in iTunes. For a full list, see iTunes keyboard shortcuts.
Spoken menus: iPod nano and iPod shuffle can speak the names of menus, songs and artists to help you browse and select songs. See Turn on accessibility features for devices.
Other on-device solutions: iPhone 3GS (or later) and iPad include accessibility features such as Zoom, Invert Colours, Mono Audio and Speak Auto-text. Supported iPod models can announce the names of songs, artists and more. See Turn on accessibility features for devices.
