Remove clips from the timeline in Final Cut Pro for iPad
You can remove clips and ranges that you’ve added to the timeline. Removing clips from the timeline does not delete the source clips in the browser or your original source media files.
In Final Cut Pro for iPad, open a project.
In the timeline, do one of the following:
Select a clip or a range, then tap at the bottom of the timeline.
Touch and hold a clip in the timeline, then tap Delete.
Select a clip or range in the timeline, then press Delete on a connected or paired keyboard.
To undo the deletion immediately, tap in the toolbar (or press Command-Z on a connected or paired keyboard).
Tip: To remove a clip without shortening the project, you can replace the clip with a gap clip. See Edit in Position mode.
Thanks for your feedback.
