Remove clips from the browser in Final Cut Pro for iPad
You can remove clips from the browser and your project.
Important: Removing clips from your project can’t be undone, but you can reimport the media if you have other copies.
In Final Cut Pro for iPad, open a project.
In the browser, touch and hold a clip thumbnail, tap Delete from Project, then tap Delete to confirm.
The clip is deleted from the browser and the project.
Any instances of the clip that were in the timeline remain in the timeline. The media is deleted from the project when the final instance is removed from the timeline.
Tip: If you want to remove clips from view without deleting them, you can mark them as rejected, then set the browser to hide rejected clips. See Rate a clip or clip range in the browser and Hide or show rejected clips in the browser.
