Intro to adding clips in Final Cut Pro for iPad
You build your video by adding clips to the timeline. To suit your particular editing style or need, you can choose from a wide variety of techniques for adding clips. You can change the arrangement of the clips in the timeline at any time.
Use these techniques to add or remove clips in the timeline:
Manually drag clips: See Drag clips to the timeline.
Add clips to the end of the timeline: See Append clips to the timeline.
Attach a clip as a cutaway, title, or sound effect: See Connect clips.
Insert a clip so that subsequent clips are moved forward: See Insert clips.
Write over specific spans of time: See Overwrite clips.
Replace timeline clips with browser clips: See Replace clips.
