Set up iCloud Calendars and Contacts in Outlook on your Windows computer
You can view your iCloud calendars and contacts in the classic version of Microsoft Outlook.
Before getting started, make sure you have set up an @icloud.com email address. See Create a primary email address for iCloud Mail in the iCloud User Guide.
On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows.
To the right of Calendars and Contacts, click , then turn on “Automatically sync your iCloud calendars and contacts to Microsoft Outlook”.
Click Done, then follow the on-screen instructions to set up Outlook.
Tip: To set up Mail, sign in to Outlook using your Apple ID email address and an app-specific password. See the Microsoft Support article Add or manage an iCloud email account in Outlook or the Apple Support article Sign in to apps with your Apple ID using app-specific passwords.
