View Notifications in Screen Time settings on Mac
Use Notifications settings in Screen Time to view statistics about how often you receive notifications from apps.
To view notifications statistics on your Mac, choose Apple menu 
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu on the right and choose a family member (if you’re using Family Sharing), then click Notifications.
