Change iCloud Storage preferences in Family Sharing on Mac
On your Mac, use iCloud Storage preferences in Family Sharing to upgrade your iCloud storage and share it with family members.
To change these preferences, choose Apple menu 
, then select iCloud Storage in the sidebar.
Open Family Sharing preferences for me

Upgrade | You can change the amount of iCloud storage that is shared among the Family Sharing group. Click Upgrade to see your current iCloud storage plan and the other plans and monthly prices that you can choose. | ||||||||||
Share | Click the Share button to share your upgraded iCloud storage plan with family members. | ||||||||||
Turn Off | Click Turn Off to stop sharing your upgraded iCloud storage plan with family members. If you stop sharing iCloud storage, family members are given a grace period to continue using the shared storage after which they need to purchase a storage plan of their own. | ||||||||||
