Track your health and wellness goals with iPhone
iPhone can help you track data about your health and reach your wellness goals. Use the Health app to monitor your activity levels and track your menstrual cycle. Find apps in the App Store to support mindfulness or meditation, and use the Bedtime feature in Clock to maintain a regular bedtime routine.
Movement matters
Carry iPhone with you to count your steps and how many flights of stairs you climb each day. Open the Health app to check your daily activity so far. For more details, tap Flights Climbed or Steps, then choose the weekly, monthly, or yearly view to see your activity progress over time.
Calm your mind
Taking a few deep breaths and quieting your mind is a great way to relieve stress. Use the Breathe app on Apple Watch or download a meditation app from the App Store. Tap Today to browse featured apps in the App Store, or tap Search, then type “meditation” or “mindfulness” in the search field. No matter which app you choose, iPhone records your mindful minutes each day in the Health app.
Track your cycle
Gain insight into your menstrual cycle by tracking symptoms, intensity, and duration. Find out when your period is likely to begin, get a notification when your fertile window is approaching, and view your cycle history. To get started, open the Health app, tap Browse, then tap Cycle Tracking.
Start a bedtime routine
Use Bedtime in the Clock app to help restore your body by consistently going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. When Bedtime is turned on, your display dims and notifications are silenced until you unlock your iPhone in the morning. Open Clock, tap Bedtime, then follow the onscreen instructions.
