Control access to your calendars on Mac
Some apps and websites can use your calendars to provide you with services and features. For example, an app might use your calendar to help you schedule an event.
You can decide which apps are allowed to use your calendar information.
Choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Privacy & Security in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
Click Calendars on the right.
Turn access to your calendars on or off for each app in the list.
If you turn on access for an app, click Options to give the app full access to your calendars or only allow it to add events to your calendars.
If you allow third-party apps or websites to use your calendar information, any information they collect is governed by their terms and privacy policies. It’s recommended that you learn about the privacy practices of those parties.
