Create unique, random email addresses with Hide My Email and iCloud+
When you subscribe to iCloud+, you can generate unique, random email addresses with Hide My Email, so you do not have to share your real email address when filling out a form on the web or signing up for a newsletter.
What you can do with Hide My Email
With Hide My Email, you can generate random email addresses on demand in the following locations:
Safari on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Mac when filling in a web form or creating an account for an app or website that does not support Sign in with Apple
Mail on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac, and on iCloud.com, when composing a new email
Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad and Mac when an app or website requests an email from the payment sheet
Supported third-party apps on your iPhone and iPad wherever email addresses are required
Settings on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
System Settings or System Preferences on your Mac
iCloud+ Features page on iCloud.com
Mail sent to your random addresses is forwarded to your personal email account: your iCloud Mail address or any email address associated with your Apple ID. When you reply to an email, your personal email address remains private. The email appears as if it were sent from the Hide My Email address.
You can create as many addresses as you need. You can add a label or note to an address to help you remember how you have used it, and you can also deactivate or delete addresses you no longer use.
Get started
See Upgrade to iCloud+ and manage your subscription and Set up and use Hide My Email in iCloud+ on all your devices.
Note: Hide My Email requires iOS 15, iPadOS 15, macOS 12 or later. Hide My Email is available on iCloud.com from any supported web browser. See the Apple Support article System requirements for iCloud.
