Delete actions from an Automator workflow on Mac
You can delete actions as easily as you can delete text in a document. Whenever you delete actions, you need to compare the input and output of the actions remaining in the workflow to ensure they work together.
In the Automator app on your Mac, do any of the following:
Click Delete
in the action’s title bar.Select an action or group of actions, then choose Edit > Delete, or press the Delete key.
