Play music together using SharePlay in Apple Music on the web
When you use Apple Music on the web, you can join SharePlay while playing music on a HomePod, other third-party speaker, or Apple TV, and everyone can control the music.
Note: You must be signed in to your Apple Account, but you don’t need to subscribe to Apple Music to participate in SharePlay. Only the host needs to be an Apple Music subscriber.
To join SharePlay, you need to get the QR code from the host or another participant that’s already joined SharePlay.
Open the Camera app on your device, point your camera at the QR code on the other device, then click the Music URL that appears below the QR code to request the connection.
Follow the onscreen instructions to connect to SharePlay.
After the host accepts your request to connect, SharePlay opens in music.apple.com .
