Set up the Find My app to locate a missing Mac
If you misplace your Mac, the Find My app helps you locate and protect it. Before your Mac goes missing, make sure you set up Find My Mac in your iCloud preferences. You can locate and protect your Mac using the Find My app on another Mac, iPhone or iPad, and on iCloud.com.
